Tea Party Packages
With any complete package bookings, we include many tea party "extras" including complimentary gold fabric napkins folded into roses, menu cards or custom menus in frames, fascinators for guests to wear during your event, delivery within Calgary city limits and pickup the following day.
The Travelling Teacups Experience:
We will arrive about 1.5 hours prior to your event start time, bringing all of the beautiful china dishware, flatware and table decor. We transform your space with an elegant tablescape, creating a picture-perfect setting.
The utmost attention to detail is extended to both the table setup and the placement of food on our tiered china plating to create a visual feast, prior to the actual tea party feast! Your tea selections are prepped so that all you have to do is add the hot water (we even have that ready to go too!).

Do you want a "hands off" hostessing event? We'll supply staff to prepare and serve tea throughout your event and even do the cleanup. (Service staff available upon request for an additional hourly fee).

Custom Cakes
We work with an incredible local pastry chef and cake designer. If you're interested in a custom cake for any occasion, please inquire about afternoon tea party catering below.
Custom Teapot Cake: Minimum 3-weeks notice required. “China” pattern of your choice. Complete with “teacup” and fresh flowers. Available in 12-15 or 30 person sizing. And in a gluten-free option. Coordinating custom cupcakes can be created for larger groups. Please inquire for further details and pricing.
